Timber windows
Tom Lemon joinery can match any window design or profile you currently have in your house to maintain the original character. Alternatively we can change things up and create any window design, profile and layout you desire.
All window sashes are made using traditional mortice and tenon joinery and timber of choice is western red cedar.

Western red cedar is the premium choice for windows & doors as it is very light weight, stable & durable. Stability is very important for the functionality of the joinery over time. Cedar has natural oils which resist rot and decay making it a very durable timber.

All windows can be manufactured to allow for single or double glazing. Our sashes are finished with an oil based primer. Unless requested otherwise our sashes will be glazed in our workshop so they are ready to be hung on site.
Window hardware
To complete your new window it is important we choose & install the perfect hardware to compliment the window. The hardware we choose will need to be most practical for function and aesthetics.
